Using this Web Site

 At the very top of the page you see five tabs:

• Coach Pages

• Admin

After you click on one of these tabs, the menu on the left edge of the page changes to show options available for that tab.

BMSBB Home

 You are already on the BMSBB Home tab when you arrive at our home page.  The left-edge menu options for the BMSBB Home tab give access to general information that applies to all members.  The "Hey Coach" menu option provides bulletins and information that is specifically meant for coaches.

Team Pages

This is where you will be able to view the schedule, roster, and bulletins for your specific team.  Use the drop down menus at the top to find your program/league and team.  First use the "Grade" drop down menu to select the Grade Level your team plays in: 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th.  Next use the "Team" drop down to choose the team your child is on.

The left-edge menu options for the Team tab give you a variety of ways to look at your team's schedule.  If you click on "Schedule" it will list each practice and game, in a day-by-day tabular fashion.  Click "Calendar" if you would rather view the schedule in a calendar form.  The "Results" option shows results for games that have already occurred, but only if your coach or team manager enters the results.

For those parents who have more that one child in the program, the "Multi-Schedule" feature allows you to see the schedule for several teams at one time.

The Schedules and Rosters each have "Printable Version" options that allow you to print the schedule or roster.  This is particularly useful for the Multi-Schedule option.

Coaches

The Coaches tab is designed to be used only by Coaches and will soon be password-protected

Admin

 The Admin Tab is used only by the Board Member, Webmaster, Team Managers and Coaches.  It is password protected.

E-Mail Notifications

 As a member of Beverly Middle School BasketBall, you will receive automatic e-mail notifications when your child's game schedule changes.  Please make sure your Team Manager is notified of any email address change.  Soon you will be given the option to update this information yourself, as well as to update your cell phone info to receive text-message reminders of practices and games.
